MNS advanced type is developed base on standard type MNS. This products is applicable to system of rated working voltage 660V or below, AC50 (60)50Hz for  power generating, transporting, distributing, transferring and power consumption equipment controlling. It confirm to state standard GB7251.1 low voltage switchgear and control equipment, JB/T9661 LV drawable switchgear equipment and international standard IEC439.

2.Structure instruction:

Structure of cabinet basic enclosure is C section bar type. All the components of enclosure are made of aluminium coated zinc plate or zinc coating plate, which are formed to be a enclosure by 8.8self tapping screw. Then according to different project, add door, seal plate, partition plate, bracket, busbar, function unit etc parts, to form an complete device. In the device, components dimension, compartment dimension using modulus( Stand modulus is E=25mm). Vertical channel and primary,secondary connetors all adopt GCK cabinet type, level busbar can put on the top of cabinet, top cover can be opened, can adopt either wire back outgoing or side outgoing type. It keeps original working performance and outlook, meanwhile it is safe, easy for installing, testing, maintaining and lower the production cost. Cabinet protection grade is IP3X-4X

3.Drawer type:

It has four dimension series :8E/4,8E/2,8E,16E,24E and all series height is 8E(200mm)

8E/4: in 8E(200mm) height space, install 4 pcs drawer units.

8E/2: in 8E(200mm) height space, install 2 pcs drawer units.

8E: in 8E(200mm) height space, install 1 pcs drawer units.

16E: in 16E(400mm) height space, install 1 pcs drawer units.

24E: in 24E(600mm) height space, install 1 pcs drawer units.

Rated current of unit circuit is 600A or below. In which 1/2 unit drawer largest current reach to 100A. cabinet installing effective height is 1800mm. same function unit drawer have good changeability. Use different specification back outgoing type connectors for drawing incoming and outgoing wire according to current. Switchover current division of 1/2 unit drawing and cable compartment adopt DFZJD type switchover type. It have mechanical interlock device and enough secondary connectors in drawer unit.
