GCS advanced type is improved product base on standard type GCS.

It apply for power generating, transporting, distributing, energy conversing and power consumption equipment controlling. It confirm with state standard GB7251.1 low voltage switchgear and control equipment, JB/T9661 LV withdrawable switchgear equipment and international standard IEC439.

2.Structure instruction:

Cabinet basic structure is made of KS section bar( also can use KB section bar), stand modulus is E=20mm. Cabinet, acid clean, phosphatize, electrostatic paint. Inner isolate plate adopt zinc coated plate material. It can be divided in function compartment, busbar compartment, and cable compartment, all compartments are mutual separating. Vertical Level busbar arrange horizontally from cabinet back, to enhance electric power resistance capacity. Can withstand 80/176KA

short circuit current impulse. Cabinet and cable outside connect in cable compartment, cable can come form upper and down, easy install and maintain. Cabinet also can be wire out on back, but main busbar must place on top cabinet and cabinet width is 570. protection grade of cabinet is IP3X-4X.

3.Drawer type:

When drawer height modulus is 80mm,it has dimension series of 160/2 unit, 160unit, 240unit, 320unit, 400unit, 480unit, drawer install unit effective height is 1760mm. When drawer height modulus is 100mm, it has dimension series of 200/2 unit, 200unit, 400unit, 600unit, drawer install unit effective height is 1800mm.each unit circuit is 400A rated current and below, in which largest current of 1/2 unit drawer reach to 100A.Same function unit drawers are changeable. Drawer output and input wire can adopt different specification connector according to current. using DFZJD type 1/2 branch transferring unit to Transfer 1/2 unit drawer and cable compartment. Drawer unit have interlocking device, it also have enough quantity secondary connectors.
