GCS Standard drawable switchgear is developed by two union design group and Senyuan company, according to order of industry manager, electric power user, design unit.. which have high technology index, can suit need of electric power market development and can compete with imported products. It apply for power generating, transporting, distributing, energy conversing and power consumption equipment controlling. It confirm with state standard GB7251.1 low voltage switchgear and control equipment, JB/T9661 LV withdrawable switchgear equipment and international standard IEC439.

2.Structure instruction:

Cabinet basic structure is made of KS section bar( also can use KB section bar), stand modulus is E=20mm. Cabinet, acid clean, phosphatize, electrostatic paint. Inner isolate plate adopt zinc coated plate material. It can be divided in function compartment, bus bar compartment, and cable compartment, all compartments are mutual separating. Level bus bar arrange horizontally from cabinet back, to enhance electric power resistance capacity. Can withstand 80/176KA short circuit current impulse. Cabinet and cable outside connect in cable compartment, cable can come form upper and down, easy install and maintain. Cabinet also can be wire out on back, but main bus bar must place on top cabinet and cabinet width is 570. protection grade of cabinet is IP3X-4X.

3.Drawer type:

Drawer height modulus is 160mm. It has five dimension series of 1/2 unit, 1unit, 1 1/2unit, 2unit, 3unit.each unit circuit is 400A rated current and below. Can only change drawer height dimension, no change in width and depth. Same function unit drawers are changeable. Each MCC cabinet can install 11 units drawer mostly or 22 pcs 1/2 unit drawer. Drawer output and input wire can adopt different pcs and same specification structure connector according to current. Drawer unit dont have interlocking device. Drawer unit have enough secondary connectors( 1 unit and above is 32 pairs, 1/2 unit is 20 pairs), can meet connect port requirement of computer interface and auto control circuit.
